How do I know a filter will fit?
Start with the exact replacement part number on your existing filter or consult your appliance manufacturer's instructions. Search by part number. A similar shape or brand name does not establish fit. See our Fit Confidence guide.
Can you match any refrigerator or air purifier model?
Not yet. Our catalog search helps you find part-number listings, but universal appliance-to-part compatibility is still being developed. If unsure, send your model number to us before ordering.
Will my order ship from Filter Villa?
Current products are supplied and fulfilled through participating Shopify Collective suppliers. Product stock, shipping availability and timing depend on the chosen item and destination.
What is the total price?
The product page shows the item price. Available shipping methods, taxes where applicable, and final charges are calculated at checkout. Review the full total before paying.
What if I need a return?
Read our refund and return policy before buying. Eligibility, conditions, and timelines may depend on the product and supplier. Contact us before sending anything back.
Do you have replacement reminders or subscription delivery?
Not currently. We plan to make reordering easier, but automated replacement reminders and subscription delivery are not yet available.
Are filtration performance claims independently tested by Filter Villa?
No. We do not independently certify filtration or contaminant-reduction performance. Check the manufacturer's documentation for the exact product and its relevant certifications.
